Rhodes Graduation Services Inc. and Jostens hires Steve Frazier to lead its Broward office

COLUMBIA, SC and FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – Rhodes Graduation Services (RGS) and Jostens, the leading provider of publications, jewelry, and graduation products serving the K-12 and college markets in the United States, announce that Steve Frazier has joined their team as of July 1, 2022. Frazier will lead Broward Graduation Services.

Steve has worked for Broward Public Schools for over 32 years as a language arts teacher, assistant principal, and principal. He has served as a principal for over 18 years, most recently as the principal of Silver Trail Middle School. He has served in various capacities throughout the district including DDI Certified Trainor and Principal Mentor. Steve has been a long-standing member of the Broward Principals’ and Assistants’ Association (BPAA) including serving on their Board of Directors since 1999 as well as serving as the Treasurer for the last 16 years.

Steve is a Past-President of the Florida Association of Secondary School Principals (FASSP). He served as the South Region Director for the Florida Association of School Administrators (FASA). Additionally, Steve serves as the Executive Director for the Florida League of Middle Schools (FLMS), and he also is the President & Co-Founder of EduPride, an advocacy group for LGBTQ school employees and students.

Recently, Steve received the Florida Presidential Service Award for his leadership on diversity and equity issues around Florida. He also received the Paul S. George Award recognizing his lifelong leadership and service for the advancement of middle school level education in the state of Florida. The Florida Council of PTA recognized Steve as the 2014 Florida Outstanding Principal of the Year. They also recognized him with the Welfare for Children Award in 2017. In 2007, he received the Outstanding Educator Award presented by Eastern Financial.

Steve holds a master’s degree in Educational Leadership from Florida Atlantic University and received his undergraduate degree from Spring Hill College (Jesuit) in Mobile, Alabama.
