Rhonda Bowers Joins First Citizens as Vice President and Senior Project Manager of Strategic Consulting Services

COLUMBIA, SC – February 12, 2008 – First Citizens is pleased to welcome Rhonda Bowers to its team as vice president and senior project manager of strategic consulting services.

Bowers is a graduate of York Technical College with a degree in business. Prior to joining First Citizens, Bowers worked as a product analyst and senior business analyst at NetBank. She also was a risk analyst with Fleet Mortgage.
