Rhythmlink ranks 21st for Best Places to Work SC

August 7, 2019

For the eighth consecutive year Rhythmlink has been awarded a spot on the “Best Places to Work in South Carolina” list in the Small/Medium Employer category. This year Rhythmlink placed 21st out of 46 total companies. The list, compiled by the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce, Best Companies Group and SCBIZ, recognizes companies from across the state, resulting in a final list of the 75 most innovative and top-notch employers.

“Rhythmlink is proud to be a considered one of the Best Places to Work in South Carolina for the 8th year in a row,” said Michael O’Leary, Chief Operating Officer of Rhythmlink. “We want to promote a great culture where our employees enjoy coming to work every day to help our customers and their patients. This award is one of the many ways we do that, and we want to thank the South Carolina Chamber of Commerce and all the sponsors of the event for making that possible.”

Companies from across the state entered the two-part survey process to determine the Best Places to Work in South Carolina. The first part consisted of evaluating each company’s workplace policies, practices, philosophy, systems and demographics. The second part consisted of an employee survey to measure the employee experience. The combined scores determined the top companies and the final ranking.

The ranked companies were recognized at the 14th annual reception and awards dinner, presented by Colonial Life, on August 1, 2019. The final rankings will be published in the August 2019 issue of SCBIZ magazine.
