Richardson, Moore listed in latest Super Lawyers publications

Two Richardson Thomas attorneys are included in Super Lawyers 2021, the latest edition of a national guide that rates the country’s attorneys.
Both also are included in South Carolina Super Lawyers, a companion piece that highlights attorneys in the Palmetto State. Terry E. Richardson Jr., who is rated in South Carolina’s Top 10 attorneys, is listed in the practice area of business litigation, while Chris Moore is listed as a Rising Star in the practice area of personal injury, products, plaintiff.

Richardson is regarded as one of the pre-eminent plaintiff attorneys in the southeast. His long career has included cases involving product liability, catastrophic injuries, class actions and more. He has been included in Super Lawyers every year since 2008.
Moore is a leader in litigation involving problems with lithium-ion batteries. He has pursued cases aimed at holding manufacturers and retailers accountable for injuries that have occurred after e-cigarettes, remote-control vehicles and other devices powered by the batteries have exploded. He has been included in Rising Stars annually since 2018.
No more than 5 percent of the attorneys in a state are selected each year for Super Lawyers. For Rising Stars, which includes lawyers under 40 or who have practiced for 10 years or less, no more than 2.5 percent make the grade annually.
