Richardson Plowden Welcomes Benjamin P. Carlton to the Firm

COLUMBIA, SC – October 29, 2013 – Richardson Plowden & Robinson, P.A. is pleased to announce that Benjamin P. Carlton has joined the Firm as an associate in the Columbia office.

Carlton is a member of the Richardson Plowden Business & Corporate Law Practice Group. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina (USC) School of Law in 2013, graduating in the top 15% of his class. In 2010, Carlton graduated summa cum laude from North Carolina State University (NC State) while on a Park Scholarship with a triple-major in Business Administration, Accounting and Economics, earning two Bachelor of Science degrees and one Bachelor of Arts degree. While attending law school, Carlton served as Associate Editor in Chief for Volume 64 of the South Carolina Law Review and clerked for Richardson Plowden and the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control. He also interned as a Legislative Assistant at the North Carolina General Assembly.
