Richland County elections & voter registration

The Richland County Voter Registration & Election  office will hold the Republican Presidential Preference Primary on Saturday, February 20, 2016, 7:00 am – 7:00 pm and the Democratic Presidential Preference Primary on Saturday, February 27, 2016 7:00 am – 7:00 pm.

For convenience, our office will be open on Saturday, February 13, 2015, 9:00am – 12:00pm for absentee voting for both Presidential Preference Primaries.

We encourage all voters to visit www.scvotes.org to verify or update their voter registration status, see what’s on their ballot, apply for an absentee ballot by mail, check their absentee ballot status and more.
