Gadsden Elementary School: Career Fair

March 25

9 a.m. – noon

It’s never too early to start thinking about careers. Gadsden Elementary School will host a career fair to provide students with an opportunity to learn firsthand about various occupations. The first part of the fair will focus on Careers on Wheels. Firefighters, police officers and other workers who use vehicles in their jobs were invited to attend and display their vehicles outside in the school’s parking lot. After the outdoor exhibition, students will visit booths set up by various companies and organizations. The goal of the event is to make students aware of the connection between their current school work and the impact it has on future career choices.
