Richland One students earn $73.8 million in scholarships, exceeding last year’s total by $11 million
June 6, 2022Richland One’s Class of 2022 graduates earned $73.8 million in scholarship money, exceeding last year’s total by $11 million.
This year, 1,389 Richland One students received their high school diplomas in ceremonies held May 31-June 3 at the district’s stadiums. The Class of 2022 includes 163 honor graduates, 217 Richland One Academic All-Stars and one National Merit Scholarship recipient, so far. Graduates who earned scholarships will use those funds to help further their education at colleges and universities in South Carolina, in other parts of the country and abroad.
