Rick Shealy Earns Endorsement From Greenwood Association of Realtors for House District 14

Rick Shealy, candidate for South Carolina House of Representatives District 14, has earned the endorsement of the Greenwood Association of Realtors® after scoring highest among all candidates in the organization’s rigorous interview process.
The Greenwood Association of Realtors®, affiliated with the South Carolina Realtors — a statewide trade association representing more than 28,000 members — conducted an extensive candidate interview panel to determine which candidates best align with their mission of protecting private property owner rights.
“I am honored to receive the endorsement of the Greenwood Association of Realtors®,” said Shealy. “Protecting the rights of private property owners is a cornerstone of my platform, and I look forward to carrying that fight to the State House on behalf of the hardworking families and businesses of District 14.”
The Association’s interview panel evaluated candidates on their positions regarding private property rights and their ability to represent Realtors® interests in the South Carolina Legislature. Shealy rated the highest among all candidates interviewed for the District 14 seat.
South Carolina Realtors® comprises 15 local Realtor associations statewide and is guided by the strict code of ethics established by the National Association of Realtors®.
About Rick Shealy
Rick Shealy is a farmer, business owner, and eighth-generation South Carolinian and lifelong conservative Republican running for SC House District 14. Before settling into farm life in Cross Hill, Shealy founded and operated a successful business, which he later sold. He holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Marine Biology from the College of Charleston, having worked his way through college to pay for his education.
Shealy’s campaign priorities include improving infrastructure and road conditions, strengthening education with parents at the center, protecting constitutional freedoms and the rights of private property owners, supporting families and the sanctity of life, and ensuring government accountability to taxpayers.
