Ricky Davis, Liz DeVos join Nelson Mullins in Greenville

Richard E. Davis Jr.  and Elizabeth A. DeVos have joined Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP as associates in the Greenville office.

Mr. Davis will practice with the corporate, securities, and tax group. He has experience assisting in the preparation and revision of documents for mergers of various sizes and has completed research projects regarding corporate and litigation issues as a summer associate for the Firm.

Mr. Davis earned a Bachelor of Science in Financial Management, magna cum laude, from Clemson University and a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of South Carolina School of Law.

Ms. DeVos will focus her practice on litigation and financial regulatory law. She has experience as a judicial intern for the Honorable Stephen Dillard in the Court of Appeals of Georgia and for the Honorable Thomas Q. Langstaff in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Georgia.

Ms. DeVos earned a Bachelor of Arts in History, magna cum laude, from Clemson University and a Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law.
