Rob Woodul Named 2014 Realtor of the Year

CHARLESTON, SC – One hundred Carolina One real estate associates were recognized as a 2014 Realtor® of Distinction at the awards luncheon of the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors® (CTAR) on Tuesday, March 10, 2015. These associates demonstrate exceptional sales production, exceed the required continuing education requirements and proudly exemplify the Realtor® code of conduct.

Michael Scarafile, President of Carolina One said, “It speaks volumes to see the number of top agents who choose to partner with Carolina One and we were proudly represented among this group of industry leaders.” Agents affiliated with Carolina One represented 34% of all the residential and commercial agents named to the list of 2014 Realtors® of Distinction.

Also at the luncheon, Rob Woodul, Broker in Charge of Carolina One’s Orleans Road Office, was named the 2014 Realtor® of the Year. Woodul is married to Maria Woodul, an agent in Carolina One’s Mt. Pleasant North office and is the proud father of two girls, Millie Tatum, 8 and Margaret, 2-1/2.

According to Scarafile, “Rob has given, and continues to give, of himself in service to his fellow Realtors® and the Charleston Trident Association of Realtors® in many different capacities, including past CTAR President, current MLS President and service on numerous local and state boards and committees.”
