Robinson Gray names Molly Campolong a Member of the firm

January 22, 2024

Robinson Gray has named attorney Molly Campolong a Member of the law firm.

She was voted into the position at the end of 2023.

“Molly has ably represented our firm’s clients in a variety of commercial transactions and cases involving insolvency and creditor’s rights,” said Cal Watson, the law firm’s managing member. “We’re very pleased and proud to welcome her as a Member of Robinson Gray.”

Molly’s practice with the firm consists of those two practice areas – corporate and commercial transactions and insolvency and creditor’s rights. She helps clients with purchasing and selling real estate, real estate financing, reviewing and drafting business contracts and commercial leases, entity choice, and entity formation. She also, on the “back-end” of transactions, represents clients in complex out of court workouts and bankruptcies.

Molly graduated with honors from Emory University School of Law in 2015, receiving her Juris Doctor. Before that, in 2012, she received her bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina, graduating magna cum laude. Prior to joining Robinson Gray, she clerked for the Honorable John Cannon Few at the South Carolina Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of South Carolina.

For the past three years, Columbia Business Monthly has recognized her as among the Legal Elite of the Midlands. Best Lawyers in America honored her this year on its Ones to Watch list, citing her practice in three areas – Banking and Finance Law, Business Organizations (including LLCs and Partnerships), and Real Estate Law.

She is involved in a wide variety of professional organizations, including the Midlands chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women – CREW Midlands.
