ROI Commercial Brokerage team George Meetze and Sherri Burriss worked together to co-broker the following transactions:
• Represented the landlord in the lease of 28,000 SF of office/warehouse space located at 971 Harbor Drive in West Columbia to Trane US, Inc. This new location will serve as a regional location for Trane Carolinas, which is a leading provider of commercial HVAC equipment, building controls, service and parts.
• Represented landlord in the lease of 4,900 SF of office space located at 115 Clark Street in downtown Chapin to Davidson’s, Inc. This location will serve as a new sales office for one of the nation’s largest firearms distributor, which is based out of Arizona.
• Represented the purchaser, Carolina Fleet, in the purchase of 4 acres of industrial land located on Mauney Drive, Columbia. This new site will serve as a future Columbia location for the growing towing, hauling, and accident recovery company.
