Rolling Hill Ranch to Host Second Annual Open Gate Farm Day – May 13

Rolling Hill Ranch in Mountville, South Carolina will host their Annual Open Gate Farm Day on Saturday, May 13 from 2:00 pm until dark.

So just what is an Open Gate Farm Day you ask?

This is a family friendly event with many activities to enjoy at no cost – note that snacks, drinks, and hot dog dinner are available for purchase.

Here’s a list of some of the fun things to do on the ranch:

• Petting zoo
• Kid friendly games
• Hayride
• Snacks/ Drinks
• Hot Dog Dinner
• Glassy Mountain Bluegrass Concert

Last year’s event was so much fun they are adding to it this year! Starting at 5:00 pm we are serving up hot dog plates (for purchase) and the Glassy Mountain Band will be playing bluegrass music for everyone to enjoy!

“We are thankful for the opportunity to not only enjoy God’s creation every day, but to be able to share it with our community through farm events and producing healthy food and livestock,” said owner Paul Epting.

Pack your lawn chair and the kids and head out to the Rolling Hill Ranch (538 White Plains Road, Mountville) to enjoy some family fun!
