Rooftop Rhythms Rocks Forest Acres Thursday Night

WHAT: Cooler weather means the return of Rooftop Rhythms, hosted by the City of Forest Acres. This popular neighborhood event will take place twice this fall: Thursday, Sept. 19 and Thursday, Oct. 24, from 5 to 9 p.m. As always, this family-friendly evening will feature two high-energy bands and fare from local restaurants.

Forest Acres restaurants Tombo Grille, Village Idiot, Moe’s, Pasta Fresca and Daley’s Dogs will have dishes available for purchase.

Admission is free. Food, beer, wine and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase. Cash only, please.

Thursday, September 19

5 p.m. – Heart ‘n Soul

7 p.m. – Reggie Sullivan Band

 

Thursday, October 24

5 p.m. – Bandkamp

7 p.m. Right to Party

 

WHERE: The rooftop of Richland Mall, at the corner of Beltline Boulevard and Forest Drive.

MORE: Families can bring lawn chairs and blankets to settle in and enjoy the tunes. Children will enjoy free balloon artists, face painting, sidewalk chalk and a bounce house and bouncy slide. Please, no coolers or pets.
