Rotary World Polio Day Carnival – October 24

Rotary World Polio Day Carnival is an event to create awareness for Rotary’s fight against polio. October 24 from 11:00am until 2:00pm at Segra Park in Columbia there will be food, free beer tasting, games, prizes and fun. Free Admission.
Rotary members in District 7770 (Eastern South Carolina) are having a World Polio Day Carnival to raise awareness, funds, and support to end polio, a vaccine-preventable disease that still threatens children in parts of the world today. Rotary District 7770 will mark historic progress toward a polio-free world while urging the community to join in and help end the paralyzing disease. This event is among thousands to be held by Rotary clubs around the world on World Polio Day,
