Rusty Infinger Certified as Circuit Court Mediator

September 20, 2012

GREENVILLE, SC – September 20, 2012 – Nexsen Pruet announced attorney Rusty Infinger has achieved certification as a South Carolina Circuit Court Mediator.  The S.C. Supreme Court’s Board of Arbitration and Mediator Certification certified Infinger following his recent completion of its training program.

Based in Greenville, Infinger is an Employment and Labor Law attorney who focuses on workers’ compensation defense.

“Litigating disputes are incredibly costly to the clients we serve,” said David Dubberly, Chair of the firm’s Employment and Labor Law Group.  “Rusty’s knowledge of alternative dispute resolution will help us as we work with businesses and professionals to secure just resolutions and settlements.”

Infinger has practiced law since the mid-80s.  Since that time, he has defended workers’ compensation claims relating to numerous kinds of physical and mental injuries, occupational exposure, repetitive trauma and various types of permanent partial disability claims.

He is a past Chair of the South Carolina Bar Workers’ Compensation Section and  currently serves on the Board of South Carolina Legal Services.
