Ryan Koop joins Cushman & Wakefield’s Greenville office as Senior Director

Cushman & Wakefield announced that the commercial real estate services firm has hired Ryan Koop as Senior Director. Koop will be based in the firm’s Greenville office and focus on industrial brokerage.

For more than seven years, Koop was a member of Broadstreet Partners’ Industrial Services Group where he leveraged his finance and corporate real estate experience to serve clients. Prior to that, he worked as a broker within CBRE’s Greenville office. Koop also earned his SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS) designation in 2020, which is given to top-performing commercial real estate professionals.
