Sabal Homes expands operations to the Upstate

Sabal Homes LLC, one of the Southeast’s premier homebuilders, announces the opening of its Upstate division with the additions of division manager Jonathan Giles and construction manager Dan James to the Sabal team.
Sabal Homes anticipates building approximately 75 homes in the Upstate within the next year. Currently, the company has four communities in development or under construction, spanning from Simpsonville and Fountain Inn to Greer and Travelers Rest. The company plans to continue to develop its construction and sales team as it grows in the Upstate.

Giles, a veteran of the Greenville homebuilding industry, joined the Sabal Homes team full-time in June 2016 and is responsible for overseeing the company’s operations in the Upstate.
With more than 30 years of experience in the homebuilding and development industry, Giles has overseen the construction and sale of more than 2,000 homes in the Greenville area.

James, an experienced and well-respected builder in the Upstate, has worked with Giles for years. He will serve as construction manager for Sabal Homes, overseeing construction and dealing directly with trade partners, subcontractors, and vendors.
