Salvation Army Lowcountry Angel Tree registration opens Oct. 5
September 15, 2026Families across the Lowcountry can begin registering Oct. 5 for the Salvation Army’s 2026 Angel Tree program, which provides Christmas assistance to children ages 12 and younger.
The program serves families in Beaufort, Jasper, Colleton and Hampton counties. Registration will be available online and in person, with online registration identified as the preferred method.
Online registration will be open Oct. 5-9 at saangeltree.org.(opens in new tab) Families do not need an invitation code to apply. Applicants can enter their ZIP code to begin registration.
In-person registration also will be offered beginning Oct. 5, with additional registration dates scheduled for Oct. 12-17. Locations and dates vary by county.
Families applying for assistance should have all required documentation ready before beginning the registration process. Details about required documents and in-person registration locations are provided by the Salvation Army.
The Angel Tree program is designed to help families provide Christmas gifts for children during the holiday season. Community members also can participate by supporting the program and helping make Christmas brighter for local children.
