SC Chamber continues to strengthen team

Fall 2022 Transitions and Additions 

 The South Carolina Chamber of Commerce (SC Chamber) continues to strengthen its staff this fall with multiple promotions and new hires.  

“The SC Chamber is strengthening our staff to ensure we can best serve our members and the business community of South Carolina,” stated Bob Morgan, president and CEO of the SC Chamber. “Our membership, events, and policy teams will immensely benefit from new leadership and support.”  

Fall 2022 SC Chamber transitions include: 

November 2022, Will Frierson is promoted to vice president of government affairs after 10 months. Frierson joined the SC Chamber in December 2021 as director of government affairs. Prior, Frierson held the position of government relations manager for the National Cotton Council of America.  

October 2022, Lauren Caudle is promoted to director of events after 13 months. Caudle joined the SC Chamber in September 2021 as events manager. Prior, Caudle held the position of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) consultant, event coordinator, Information Technology (IT) assistant at the South Carolina Human Affairs Commission.  

Fall 2022 SC Chamber additions include: 

November 2022, Chance Steward is hired as membership development manager. Prior, Steward held the position of sales executive at Hilton Grand Vacations. 

October 2022, Quentin Gaddy is hired as public policy manager. Prior, Gaddy served as assistant attorney general at the South Carolina Office of the Attorney General. 

August 2022, Hannah Hopewell is hired as membership marketing coordinator. Prior, Hopewell held the position of membership coordinator at the South Carolina Automobile Dealers Association.
