Scott and Company LLP Holds Grand Opening at New Greenville Office

The accounting and advisory firm of Scott and Company LLP held their grand opening event Thursday, July 22 at its new office at 702 Pettigru St. in downtown Greenville.

The Greenville office, under the direction of Hunter Howard, CPA, Upstate Managing Partner, is the first expansion beyond Columbia for the 15-year-old firm.

“Greenville is an unusually diverse, dynamic business community with its mix of businesses and industries large and small,” said Howard, former president of the SC Chamber of Commerce and a native of Greenville.

“I’m excited to be back home and representing such a progressive accounting firm in the Upstate.”

Recently expanded to seven partners and renamed from Scott McElveen,L.L.P., Scott and Company LLP specializes in diversified accounting,auditing, and tax and advisory services to individuals, businesses,government and non-profit entities, including such specialties ashealthcare, manufacturing, real estate, banking, automotive and hospitality.
