Scott Columbia named senior director of corporate partnerships as Greenville Triumph and Greenville Liberty prepare for growth

Strategic leader and business executive brings more than 15 years of project and sales management experience to develop new and existing corporate partnerships

The Greenville Triumph SC, the Upstate’s premier soccer club, has tapped Scott Columbia to be its director of corporate partnerships for both the Triumph men’s team and Liberty women’s team. A highly motivated and passionate professional, Columbia is charged with identifying and developing new corporate partnerships while working to enhance existing partnerships.

As senior director of corporate partnerships, Columbia will work collaboratively with other departments in the soccer club to ensure partner relationships are a priority and agreements are fulfilled.

With a Master of Business Administration degree from Strayer University, Columbia previously held an executive role at KATANA Safety, serving as chief revenue officer and vice president of sales. Columbia joins the Triumph with more than a decade of experience in project and sales management across multiple industries, including communications, technology and consumer electronics.

The Triumph kicks off its fifth season at home against the Richmond Kickers on March 25, and Liberty will begin its second season in early May. For tickets and information, visit and
