Scott Peevy, CCIM, of NAI Charleston, represented the buyer in the investment sale of 1479 Yadkinville Rd in Mocksville, NC. The property is NNN ground leased by Take 5 Oil Change and is corporately guaranteed. The seller, SS JL Mocksville, LLC, was represented by Patrick Wagor of Atlantic Capital Partners. It was purchased for $1,028,000.
“Through careful consideration of alternative options, we were able to select this specific property that met the buyer’s investment criteria,” said Scott. “We successfully navigated a number of hurdles and were able to close the deal and put the buyer’s capital to work.”
He additionally represented Piedmont Reproductive Endocrinology Group (PREG) in leasing their second Lowcountry location. They will be expanding into ±2,892 square feet of medical office space at 180 Wingo Way – Suite 103. Hunter Hartley, CPSP, of Lee & Associates represented the landlord.
