SCPRSA Accepting Entries for Annual Mercury Awards

COLUMBIA, SC – January 13, 2009 – Did your communications work excel in promoting your cause or getting your message out last year? Then plan on entering your work in the South Carolina Public Relations Society of America’s 2009 Mercury Awards, “Ever to Excel.”
The Mercury Awards honor creative communication and strategic excellence in the public relations field – and you don’t have to be a member of SCPRSA to enter. Awards in more than 50 categories are up for grabs.
In the Columbia area, entries are being collected at First Citizens, 1230 Main Street Columbia, S.C. 29201. Attention to Ashley Sherry. Entries are due February 6, 2009. Winning entries will be announced at the annual awards banquet on April 30, 2009.
