SCPRSA names 2015 board of directors

GREENVILLE, SC – The South Carolina Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (SCPRSA) announced its 2015 board of directors and assembly delegates. The board oversees the chapter’s professional development activities and awards programs, and assembly delegates represent the chapter at the annual PRSA National Assembly. All are responsible for advancing the profession of public relations and ensuring members and non-members alike find value in every touch point with SCPRSA.

“The SCPRSA board and assembly delegates represent a cross-section of PR and communications roles, with agency, independent, corporate and non-profit professionals from across the state represented,” said Karen Potter, APR, incoming chapter president. “We are fortunate to have a strong group of leaders on board who are committed to the PR profession and to creating a positive and rewarding experience for our nearly 200 members.”

Jaime Nash of Launch Something in Spartanburg will serve as chair of PRSA’s Southeast District Conference, which will take place June 3-5 in Greenville.
