SCRA Announces Executive Promotions

CHARLESTON, SC – August 24, 2007 – SCRA, a global leader in applied research and commercialization services, today announced the promotion of three senior executives for continued support of the company’s successful growth: Dr. John Bradham, Natalie Corella and Dave McNamara.

“As SCRA continues to grow, it is important to recognize key executives who have been instrumental to our success,” said SCRA CEO Bill Mahoney. “I am very pleased to recognize the achievements and leadership of John, Natalie and Dave in their respective roles which have been key in building on the success and momentum we have achieved,” he said.

Dr. John H. Bradham, who leads the Institute for Solutions Generation (ISG), has been promoted to senior vice president. ISG creates and executes software and systems for readiness and sustainment, interoperability, public safety and homeland security on behalf of both governmental and commercial clients. Prior to joining SCRA in 1988, Bradham served for 24 years in the United States Air Force and retired with the rank of colonel. Bradham will continue to lead ISG, which realized outstanding financial and operational results for the year. Bradham will have broader responsibilities across SCRA, including leadership for interoperability and delivery of highly sensitive DOD programs.

Natalie A. Corella has been promoted to SCRA senior vice president of contracts. Corella has been with SCRA since 1988, most recently in the position of senior vice president, contracts and procurement for SCRA’s affiliate ATI, where she directs negotiation and oversight of all ATI prime contracts, totaling more than $270 million in contract value. Prior to joining SCRA, Corella was a contracting officer for the Naval Supply Center. In her new role, Corella will continue to direct both ATI and overall SCRA contracting processes and results.

David C. McNamara has been promoted to senior vice president and general manager of the SCRA South Carolina Public Interest Sector (SCPI). McNamara continues in his role as SCRA program executive for SC Launch!, leading its tremendous success through day-to-day support and driving SCRA’s execution of the Industry Partnership Fund. Additionally, he will oversee all South Carolina-based public interest programs in the SCPI senior executive role. Prior to joining SCRA, McNamara held executive posts with high-technology firms, including SCT Corp.
