Four SCRA Nominations Selected as Finalists for the Stevie® Awards

COLUMBIA, SC – SCRA today announced that four company nominations were selected as finalists for the 2014 American Business Awards. This national award, known as The Stevie Award, recognizes the achievements and contributions of businesses worldwide. Finalists were determined through preliminary judging during April and May. More than 150 members of several specialized judging committees will determine award placements during final judging, which will take place May 13-22. Award announcements will take place at the official banquets in June and September, with each finalist winning either a gold, silver or bronze Stevie.

SCRA’s four finalists are: SCRA as the Non-Profit or Government Company of the Year, SCRA’s Alastar Software as the New Product or Service of the Year, the SC Launch Annual Report for the Best Annual Report Print and SCRA CFO Julia Martin as the Executive of the Year. SCRA received the 2011 Stevie for Company of the Year, Non-Profit, and in 2012, SCRA CEO Bill Mahoney was recognized as CEO of the Year, Non-Profit. Last year, SCRA’s Prosthetics Program received a gold Stevie for Best Tech Innovation of the year, and SCRA received two silver Stevie Awards for Company of the Year and Corporate Social Responsibility Program of the Year.
