What began as a small three-person office in a second-floor suite overlooking Hutchinson Square has evolved into a high-impact multidisciplinary team on North Cedar Street. From the beginning, the office remains an anchor for the community, driven by team members who live, work, and invest deeply in the Summerville area.

The Summerville office provides civil engineering, landscape architecture, land surveying, water resources, master planning, and construction administration services across a wide range of sectors, including municipal, residential, commercial, educational, and community developments.
