SeamonWhiteside, local landscape architecture and civil engineering firm, has completed its key role in yet another community-shaping project, The Continuum.

The Continuum in Lake City is a $28M higher education learning facility for Florence Darlington Technical College and Francis Marion University. SeamonWhiteside performed the Civil Engineering and Landscape Architecture on the project. They teamed with McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture and Thompson Turner Construction. The Continuum was funded primarily by the Darla Moore Foundation in conjunction with the Greater Lake City Community Development Office.

Fun fact: This was a renovated Walmart building that was in an old run down shopping center!
