CHARLESTON, SC – Angela Hawkins, a real estate professional for nearly two decades, has joined William Means Real Estate as a new real estate agent.

Hawkins has worked in almost every facet of the home-buying process, including as a mortgage banker and a paralegal before becoming a real estate broker in Virginia and then South Carolina.

That experience, Hawkins said, is invaluable to her clients. “Surprises in real estate typically are not good and usually cost money, so understanding beforehand what to expect and being guided throughout is invaluable. I want my clients to have a relaxed mind and smooth deal.”

“Angela’s background in sales, lending and real estate titles and settlements informs and prepares her clients for the entire transaction,” said Helen Geer, president of William Means. “A smooth real estate process like that is just what our clients want and deserve.”

In her new role with at William Means, Hawkins is focused on professionalism and collaboration.

“I believe in collaboration toward a common goal as well as good will and diligent effort among all parties,” she said. “My professional approach mirrors my steadfast loyalty of friendships. I measure my performance based on referrals from satisfied clients.”
