LANDRUM, SC – Lyons Industrial Properties announces the sale of a 100,000 SF industrial facility located at 1205 S. Shamrock Ave. in Landrum, SC. The property was sold to Seating Solutions who will use the building for an assembly / distribution facility for the expansion and relocation of their operations. Seating Solutions specializes in the sales, rental and timely installation of custom designed spectator seating. Bobby Lyons, CCIM and Adam Padgett with Lyons Industrial Properties represented the seller, Simkins Industries Inc., and the buyers were self-represented in the transaction.
