Second Popeyes restaurant announced for Grand Strand, more to come

Colliers assigned site selection to assist Popeyes in finding more locat
ions throughout the Grand Strand area
Colliers International’s J.P. Scurry, CCIM and Scottie Smith represented Popeye’s in the lease of an approximately 3,100-square-foot restaurant at 1402 Church Street in Conway, South Carolina. This will be the second Popeyes in the Grand Strand area, and the fast food restaurant has announced plans for future expansion, utilizing Scurry and Smith for their site selection services. Diversified Development, Inc. acquired the site and is developing the restaurant for Moseley TruFoods LLC.
“It is always exciting to have national restaurants looking to expand in South Carolina, and we look forward to assisting Popeyes in finding prime opportunities for more locations,” said Scurry, a Vice President with Colliers International South Carolina.
