Select Health Recognizes Sumter Family Health Center for Improving Community Health

SUMTER, SC – Sumter Family Health Center is the first provider to be recognized as part of Select Health of South Carolina’s “Got Health” campaign, which encourages and recognizes First Choice Medicaid health plan members for taking charge of their health, as well as providers for their ongoing commitment to maintaining a health community. Select Health, South Carolina’s oldest and largest Medicaid managed care organization, presented a certificate of excellence to the practice and all 75 of its employees received “Got Health” T-shirts during the May 13 presentation.
