CHARLESTON, SC – Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announces the sale of the 330-unit Moncks Corner Storage Facility located at 1065 S. Live Oak Drive and 623 Rembert C. Dennis Blvd. in Moncks Corner, South Carolina.
Berkeley Ventures, LLC purchased the 45,000 sq.ft. property situated on 3.08 acres from Renbux II LLC for $1,051,000 as an investment.
