Senior Matters Extended Services LLC announces the new position and hire of Director of Community Relations

Senior Matters Extended Services, LLC announced the recent hire of Malinda Rutledge Carlisle, who will join the Senior Matters team as Director of Community Relations. Carlisle will be responsible for developing educational and enrichment programs, community outreach and marketing. Carlisle will also be assisting the Director of Operations with strategic planning and expansion efforts.

Malinda HeadshotAs Director Community Relations, Malinda Rutledge Carlisle brings to Seniors Matters Extended Services LLC more than twenty years in healthcare administration with focus on patient advocacy and satisfaction for services provided.  She most recently served as Guest Services Manager for Lexington Medical Center with emphasis on assuring that resources used were addressing the patient’s needs.  As previous president of the Carolinas Society of Healthcare Advocacy in 2006, she served by presenting topics consistently putting the patient as the focus for improving services in hospitals. She presented as a panel member representing award winning hospitals, at the National Press Ganey Conference in 2009 and 2011.  Her passion for patient advocacy continues. Malinda is a graduate of Southern Wesleyan University in Human Resource Management.
