Senior seminar series to focus on pre-planning a funeral

GREENVILLE, SC – An informative session on pre-planning a funeral is the subject of a luncheon aimed at seniors later this month.

Buncombe Street United Methodist Church will host the lunch and learn, which is part of a series that focuses on senior issues. The topic is entitled “Answers to questions that you don’t want to ask,” and is presented by Julian Ward.

The event will be held at the church from 11:45 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Monday, October 20. Lunch will be provided and an RSVP is needed. Please contact Grover Putnam at 864-232-7341 for reservations. Buncombe Street United Methodist is located at 200 Buncombe Street in Greenville. There is no charge for this event as lunch will be provided by Gentiva.
