Sharbell Nexton LLC announces Atelier Downtown Nexton progress

Sharbell Nexton, LLC (Sharbell) announced that phase one of Atelier Downtown Nexton, an office/commercial condominium project in the urban-inspired, mixed-use community of Downtown Nexton, is nearing completion.

Located along Brighton Park Boulevard within the Downtown Nexton community, the first phase of Atelier Downtown Nexton offers office space for sale or lease from 2,500 square feet up to 18,000 square feet.
