Wilson, a 28 year veteran of the real estate profession and former Coldwell Banker Caine agent, announces the launch of her company along with fellow industry leader, Nick Carlson. Carlson, previously with Coldwell Banker Caine, has 10 years of experience in real estate and is a top producer in the Upstate market.

During her tenure with Coldwell Banker Caine, Wilson was consistently recognized as a Top Producer and was named Number One Producer in the State of South Carolina in 2009, 2012 and 2013. She was in the top 1 percent for Coldwell Banker internationally and top 10 percent in the Southeast region.

Wilson’s real estate expertise and innovative marketing strategy have powerfully driven her business for nearly three decades, helping hundreds of clients meet their real estate needs. She incorporates website, virtual tours and social media, as well as print advertising and direct mail into all real estate transactions. Wilson’s real estate success is also rooted in her deep connections in the Upstate community, with an unmatched network of contacts to benefit both buyers and sellers.

A seventh generation Greenvillian, she is actively involved in the community and serves organizations such as Project Host and the CC Pearce Community Culinary School. Wilson was a founding board member for the McCall Hospice House and has been involved in the United Way of Greenville County and Junior League of Greenville for many years.

Wilson graduated from the University of South Carolina and the Real Estate Institute. She is accredited as a Buyers Representative and is a Certified Residential Specialist.
