Silly Pickles Brings Pickleball Ladder League to Mauldin This Summer

June 3, 2026

Mauldin pickleball players will have a new way to compete this summer as Silly Pickles launches its first-ever ladder league in the area, set to take place at Pickle Yard, located at 15 Jenkins Court in Mauldin.

The seven-week summer league runs Sundays from July 12 through Aug. 23, 2026, with play scheduled between 1 and 5 p.m. each week. Participants play one hour per session, and time slots rotate weekly so players experience different parts of the day throughout the season.

The league uses a ladder format, which organizes players by skill level and adjusts rankings week to week based on match results. Players compete in 2-on-2 doubles games with rotating partners, meaning participants connect with a new group each session. No partner is required to sign up.

Skill levels range from complete beginners to advanced players rated around DUPR 4.5 and above. Silly Pickles says beginner support is available for those just learning the game.

Players who cannot attend a given week can simply RSVP as unavailable, and their standing on the ladder will be held with only minor adjustment. The league organizers note that if a weather or facility issue requires a makeup date, players unable to attend the rescheduled session may receive a refund for that week.

Registration is $148 for the full seven-week season. The league also includes planned social gatherings throughout the season.
