Simon & Kristin Schatmeyer team up at Carolina One

After a three year absence from the field of real estate, Simon Schatmeyer has returned to the Mt. Pleasant Hwy 17 North office of Carolina One Real Estate. Schatmeyer will be joining with his wife Kristin Schatmeyer, a four year real estate veteran, to form the Schatmeyer Team at Carolina One.
Originally from Livingston, NJ, Simon Schatmeyer graduated from James Madison University in Harrisburg, VA with a degree in English Literature. Schatmeyer also owned and operated the Adele Turner Inn, a 3 Star, resort-style, Bed and Breakfast in historic Newport, RI. Most recently, Schatmeyer returned to his roots and was employed as an English teacher at Wando High School in North Mt. Pleasant.
Simon and Kristin Schatmeyer have two children, Jakob 15 and Morgan 12 and the family resides in Mt. Pleasant. In his free time, Simon Schatmeyer enjoys running and playing both golf and soccer.
