Simpsonville Announces Lineup for Free Fall Movies Series

Autumn evenings and outdoor entertainment are returning to Simpsonville this October, as the city announced the official schedule for its annual Fall Movies in the Park series.

The free community event lineup features a diverse mix of family animations, romantic comedy classics, and seasonal Halloween favorites. Screenings will take place throughout October across three distinct city venues: the Simpsonville Arts Center, the CCNB Amphitheatre at Heritage Park, and the downtown Pumpkin Patch.

The series kicks off on Thursday, Oct. 1, with an indoor screening of the animated musical comedy Sing at 6:00 p.m. at the Simpsonville Arts Center. Following opening night, the remaining four films will move outdoors, each starting at 7:00 p.m. Attendees heading to the outdoor screenings are encouraged to bring lawn chairs, blankets, and jackets to enjoy the cooler fall nights.

All screenings are free and open to the public. Organizers note that times and locations vary by date and advise attendees to check the schedule ahead of each event.
