September 30, 2026

Local artists, musicians, and patrons gathered at Simpsonville Fine Arts Gallery this week to celebrate the premiere of singer-songwriter Ava Hawk’s latest music video, “Fly”.

The video release party turned the gallery into a lively creative hub, marking the debut of an ambitious visual and musical project created through community collaboration. Surrounded by local artwork, attendees heard from the creative team, celebrated the finished production, and highlighted the collaborative effort required to bring the piece to the screen.

The project brought together a diverse group of regional creatives and supporters contributing their artistic talents, with contributors including Sheri Griffin-Sadie, Tom Vitou, Christine Hurayt, Leela Ann LeGare (Isabella), and Lisa Womack Art.

Simpsonville Fine Arts Gallery shared their excitement following the celebration, calling the event a testament to what is possible when local talent unites.

“This beautifully orchestrated video is a wonderful example of what can happen when talented creatives come together—each contributing their gifts to create something truly special,” the gallery noted in a statement following the event.

The official music video for “Fly” is now streaming online, and the community is encouraged to watch, share, and support the local artists who made the project possible. The video can be viewed directly on YouTube at youtu.be/GeK2XeSBHUM.
