Charlie Mantione Hired as Head of Sales, Americas; Natalia Casey Promoted to Lead Global Marketing Strategy

SAN MATEO, CA and COLUMBIA, SC – SIOS Technology Corp., a leading provider of application high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) solutions, today announced the expansion of its leadership team with the appointment of Charlie Mantione as Head of Sales, Americas and the promotion of Natalia Casey, Director of Marketing, to lead global marketing. Both leaders will report directly to Masahiro Arai, Chief Operating Officer of SIOS Technology Corp.

The headquarters of SIOS’ research and development facility as well as its professional services and support departments are located at the M. Bert Storey Engineering and Innovation Center at the University of South Carolina’s College of Engineering and Computing in Columbia, SC.

As Head of Sales, Americas, Charlie will lead SIOS Technology’s global sales organization and oversee the company’s sales strategy, customer engagement, channel development and revenue growth initiatives. He brings more than 25 years of experience in enterprise technology, communications, managed services, and service provider markets. Throughout his career, Mr. Mantione has held senior sales, go-to-market, and services leadership positions at organizations including NCR, Cushman & Wakefield, Avaya, Dimension Data, and AT&T, where he built high-performing teams, expanded market presence, and drove business growth.

In her new role, Casey will oversee global marketing strategy, corporate communications, digital marketing, partner marketing, and demand generation efforts.
