Sisters of Charity Foundation of South Carolina hires Meredith Mathews

COLUMBIA, SC – The Sisters of Charity Foundation of South Carolina announces Meredith Mathews as Project Assistant.

As Project Assistant, Mathews is a member of the Foundation’s grantmaking team and will be integral in providing support to staff, grantees and other stakeholders. The Project Assistant will report directly to the Program Director, but will also assist the Director of Operations (as needed). Mathews will work closely with grantees to assist in their working relationship and programs with the Sisters of Charity Foundation.

Mathews graduated from Columbia College in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She also completed minors in French, Philosophy, and Gender & Women’s Studies.  In addition to graduating Summa Cum Laude, she was presented with Columbia College’s “Outstanding Psychology Student” and “Excellence in Philosophy” Awards. She has studied at the CIDEF at Catholic University of the West in Angers France and in 2013 completed a clinical psychology internship through Davidson College at Broughton Psychiatric Hospital in Morganton, NC.
