Six new agents swell the ranks at Carolina One New Homes

CHARLESTON, SC – Carolina One New Homes (CONH) has increased its award winning Sales and Marketing team with the addition of six New Homes sales agents.  Shoneese Bostic, Linda Bush, Michael Connell, Charlene Hubenthal, Robin Russell and Darlene McElveen-Tanenbaum have recently signed on with metro Charleston’s largest New Homes brokerage.

Shoneese Bostic is a native of Florence, SC and a graduate of the College of Charleston.  As a former sales manager for HH Hunt Homes in both North and South Carolina, Bostic was honored with numerous sales and customer service awards.  She will be working with Hunter Quinn Homes at many of their New Homes communities in the Trident metropolitan area.

 

 

Linda Bush

 

Linda Bush has been a licensed Realtor® since 2006.  Born in Pawtucket, RI, Bush moved to the Charleston area in 1986.  She has 30 years of experience in sales and marketing in both retail merchandising and real estate sales.  Bush will be working with Palmetto Signature Homes at their Oaks at Indigo community at the intersection of Ashley Phosphate Road and Dorchester Roads.

 

 

 

 

 

Michael Connell

 

A graduate of Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, Michael Connell was born in Tarrytown, NY, but raised in New Jersey.  A Realtor® since 2009, Connell has extensive previous experience in Luxury New Homes and Relocation Services with Weichert Realtors® in Mendham, NJ.  In the metro Charleston area, Connell will be working with Jason Ray and the Custom Homes Group of CONH.

 

 

 

 

Charlene Hubenthal

 

Charlene Hubenthal is a lifelong resident of the Charleston metropolitan area.  New to real estate, Hubenthal was previously employed as a Firefighter and Emergency Medical Technician for the Town of Mt. Pleasant as well as a Police Officer for the City of North Charleston.  Currently undergoing training, Hubenthal will be working with Mungo Homes, one of America’s largest family-owned homebuilders.

Columbia, SC native, Robin Michelle Russell was previously employed by a custom homebuilder in Lexington, SC and sold television advertising in Columbia for the CBS affiliate there prior to moving to Charleston five years ago.   Russell will be involved with the sales and marketing of custom homes for Arthur Rutenberg Homes.

A native of Lancaster, SC and a graduate of Loyola University of Chicago, Darlene McElveen-Tanenbaum has been a licensed Realtor® for more than 15 years.  In 2012 and 2013, McElveen-Tanenbaum worked for CONH assisting with sales and marketing at The Ponds in Summerville.  Presently, McElveen-Tanenbaum will be working with FrontDoor Communities at the Tributary in Rivertowne as well as at Carolina Park in North Mt. Pleasant.
