Sizzle and Smoke: Celebrating 5 Years of Bobby’s BBQ in Fountain Inn

Bobby’s BBQ in Fountain Inn, SC, is gearing up for a sizzling celebration in partnership with Kingsford. The “Sizzle and Smoke Community Cookout” is an event that marks their 5th anniversary and the fruitful collaboration with Kingsford in the Preserve the Pit Fellowship. This event promises a delightful mix of music, mouthwatering barbecue, kid-friendly activities, yard games, a rib-eating contest, and much more!

The festivities will take place on October 22 from 1:00 to 5:00 pm, at the Bobby’s BBQ location Commerce Park at 200 Depot Street, Fountain Inn, South Carolina.

Entertainment Highlights
The event will be graced by the special musical guest, Mac Arnold, and the sensational Plate Full O’ Blues. DJ Countryfied from Demallo will set the mood with country tunes. There will also be a rib-eating contest that promises a spectacle. Not to forget, a delightful banana pudding pie competition in the face event featuring the Mayor, Tay (owner of Bobby’s BBQ), and other local favorites!

A Cause to Rally Behind
Beyond the celebration, the Sizzle and Smoke Community Cookout holds a deeper purpose – to raise funds for Bobby’s BBQ building fund. The establishment is actively working towards enhancing the overall experience for its patrons. Plans include expanding the covered patio to create a heated and cooled interior space, bidding farewell to unwelcome flies. Additionally, a massive covering over the outdoor seating area is in the works, providing shelter from rain and shade for comfort. The community is invited to contribute and be a part of this transformation.

All meats are 100% wood smoked using specially crafted smokers made from 1000-gallon propane tanks in Dripping Springs, Texas.
