Smith Moore Leatherwood Adds to Greenville Real Estate Group

GREENVILLE, SC – Smith Moore Leatherwood announce that Brad Gower has joined the firm’s real estate team as an attorney in the Greenville office.

Gower’s practice focuses primarily on commercial real estate law.  He will represent clients in connection with real estate transactions including the acquisition, financing, developing, leasing and disposition of commercial properties.  Brad also has experience in setting up LLCs and corporations, as well as representing businesses in preparation of operating agreements and other corporate governance documents, negotiating contracts, and assisting with the purchase and sale of businesses.

Brad graduated cum laude from University of South Carolina School of Law and received his bachelor’s degree from Washington & Lee University.
