April 24, 2024

Smith Robinson law firm has appointed three of its members to a newly formed executive committee.

The members are:

• Jonathan M. Robinson, who was also elected to continue in the role of managing member.
• John K. DuBose III, who along with Robinson is a founding member of the firm.
• Tina Cundari, who joined Smith Robinson in March 2023, bringing nearly two decades of litigation experience.

The committee was formed at the annual membership meeting on Feb. 9, in response to the firm’s rapid growth and addition of new equity partners.

“Smith Robinson is on a significant growth trajectory, and this committee will be responsible for guiding the firm through that growth,” said Cundari.

The committee is led by the Managing Member and will oversee all strategic planning, development, and major financial and administrative functions of the firm.
