SMPS Palmetto Chapter June 25 Program
June 10, 2009Topic: “The Rise in Senior Living Center Construction” (panel discussion) – There is more to the healthcare sector than hospitals. Today’s sector includes Senior Living Centers. As our population lives longer, seniors demand that their Social, Spiritual, Environmental, Occupational, Emotional, Intellectual, Physical, and Nutritional needs are met. The baby-boomer does not want to be warehoused in their old age. Instead, they demand a new culture to the term “Senior Living”. Join our panel of professionals representing a wide range of specialized living facilities including Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Continuing Care Retirement as we investigate the increase in Senior Living Center construction during a panel discussion led by Thomas & Hutton’s Amy Riley.
